Jin Shin Jyutsu
In 1981 I was introduced to energy healing when I took a Jin Shin Jyutsu Workshop. Then much later I completed ( three times the the basic seminar Part 1 and Part 2 105 hours) the required prerequisite for practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu, in Sept 2017 in Woodstock NY

In 2009 I became interested in and completed the 1stand 2nd degree of Reike Training at Subtle Energies Health Center in Chester NY under Connie Wehmeyer
From 2012 to 2016 I was a volunteer at the Rondout Valley Holistic Health Group in Stone Ridge NY a free Alternative clinic doing Reike and sometimes Jin shin Jyutsu
